Live countdown in the menu bar
The current event and the time remaining sit right next to your clock. One glance — you know where you stand.
Vince is a tiny macOS app that shows your next Google Calendar meeting in the menu bar, counts down to the start, and opens the call link automatically — so you're never late.
Four jobs, done quietly in the background, every day.
The current event and the time remaining sit right next to your clock. One glance — you know where you stand.
One minute before the meeting starts, Vince opens the Meet, Zoom or Teams link from the event description. You walk in early, every time.
An optional popup shows how much time is left in the current meeting, with a color that shifts as the clock runs down.
While you're in a meeting, Vince flips Slack to DND and sets your status. When the meeting ends, it puts everything back.
